  The attendant was polite, but couldn't figure out how to test a '91 Sportscar with a stick shift. Plus, the rate he quoted seemed unusually high (I suspect he knew he didn't know how to test it, and quoted a rate he figured I wouldn't want to pay so I would leave). I'm the original owner, and have never had an issue in the past. Took it to another station, was in and out (passed with flying colors) in 20 minutes. I'd advise if you have an older vehicle, you probably want to go somewhere else.
