  I've been coming here for over 20 years without a complaint until now. I haven't been here in the last 3 years due to our losing our pet due to old age, 13 years. We now have a rag doll cat, very docile, my 9 year old daughter throws her over her shoulder without issue. We took her in for blood work, pre-spaying . They did not want me in the examining room while they took the sample. After 20 minutes I was informed the cat was being very aggressive and they wanted to keep her, wait for her to calm down and try again. Claimed she kept pulling away from the needle. they made a couple of attempts. If needed they were going to wrap her so she couldn't pull away. After waiting 3 hours I called, had other engagements for the evening, and was told they were going to try one more time. Picking up the cat I was informed they were not successful in obtaining the sample. I would have to reschedule. The spaying was 5 days later so why not schedule then? After getting my cat home we discovered her tail with blood on it. Seriously trying to get blood samples, multiple injection sites and they couldn't contain the cat, a Ragdoll? What happened to the wrap? I question if they really know what they doing these days. Three days before the scheduled appointment I called to cancel. I explained what happened and why I would not ever be returning. I was told they would look into it and get back to me. Hasn't happened yet. It appears the office has changed ownership since I was last here 3 years ago. That or management really doesn't care. I won't be back. Warm Springs Pet Hospital is looking very good with my 1st visit..
