  My husband and I had been looking for a house for many years and always had trouble finding the perfect one. At an open house, I met Frances and told her what I liked in a house. She was such an attentive listener and focused on our needs. It was a refreshing change, as other real estate agents always rushed us or did not listen to what we needed in our dream house.
  
  However, Frances was different. She helped us find the perfect house we were looking for in no time at all and helped us beat out the other bidders. I am forever grateful for Frances and her hard work. Even now, when we have random questions about our house, she is very responsive (responds in the same day!) and always give good advice on what we should do. We were on the brink of giving up on finding a house until we met her. I will be referring her to my daughter so Frances can help her buy her first home!
