  We live in the Bridle Creek development in Pleasanton, CA. The homes were built by Greenbriar. We have the model 4 with the large two story ceiling covering the foyer, living room,and stairway/loft area. It is quite a large area. About 10 years or so ago, we noticed a small crack in the seam. John, customer services manager, came out to look at it. Nothing was done because he said cracking in the seams of drywall is naturally caused by earthquakes and settling. It is now August, 2015 and we had the ceiling inspected because the seam cracks now go all the way across North to South and East to West. We found out that the ceiling beams are structurally failing, which is causing the problem. We called Greenbrier and they won't even come out and look at it. We are the original owners and for Greenbrier refusing to come out and even look at it is appalling. I guess they are too tied up with their new housing venture in Pleasanton, Lund Ranch.
