  I've been here several times and will return but in my most recent experience I had very bad customer service. The track is great and the carts are fun but when I made my reservation for two races over the phone, I was told I would be charged a cancellation fee if I did not show up. I showed up, admittedly, five minutes late to the check in time and they would not let us do the first race, and still wanted to charge us a fee for one of the race we were late to. The worker I interacted with was rude and unprofessional. In fact, we ended up being completely ready for the race we should have been in, even though we were told there was not enough time.
