  Awful way to treat a life time platinum Marriott member. I was told our corporate HR set-up called advanced and set-up reservations with other employees to share the room. Ends up, this was done by them due to construction instead of our HR calling. They completely lied to two Platinum members and put us both in the same room. Who does that to such loyal platinum members. Well this hotel obviously does. Don't stay here and go somewhere else where they care about their customers and are honest.
