  My experience from the very beginning to the delivery date was very frustrating. There was a long delay in production and delivery and when the product was delivered, it was essentially dumped on the sidewalk obstructing a public walkway and the delivery driver expected me to help unload two packages with a queen bed frame in it, both weighing a couple hundred pounds each. I have bruising on my body and hurt my back trying to unload the packages. The assembly company did not arrive until much later after the packages were dumped on the sidewalk. The assemblers were incredible and Nancy did an exceptional job scrambling trying to line up delivery and assembly but it shouldn't have been as messy as it was. The assemblers left all of the packaging material in my one and only trash can which the City of Denver will not pick up if it is overflowing. The packaging material is spilling out of my garbage bin. I missed a full day's work due to the scheduling mishap. The product arrived damaged. One post has a five-inch horizontal crack that will affect the integrity of the bed. I will not be ordering from Sierra Living Concepts again and I will not recommend this company for ordering custom built furniture. I appreciate what this company tries to do but there is plenty of room for improvement!
