  They told me over the phone that they had "A bunch of 14 foot trucks for sale", but only had two that were broken down. They lie and call their 17 foot trucks 14 foot trucks to try and get extra sales, which only tricked me into driving 6 hours each way costing my business well over a thousand dollars. Three other Uhauls in the area did the exact same thing, and they didn't even have broken down 14's.

  I returned a truck to this place and the guy over the phone told me if I return it to his store that I would get a 20% return on the cost of the rental. Well, I went there and spoke to the same guy, Don't remember his name.
  
  Anyway, he lied to my face! He denied saying anything about a discount during our conversation. I asked to speak to his supervisor and conveniently he or she was not in today.
  
  Take your business to another rental company or another U-Haul business on Thornton Ave.
