  I arrived with 3 friends and we were not greeted by anyone. We had never been there before so we Weren't sure if you pay ahead of time or after. No one seemed available even though the place was practically empty. It was at around 5:15 today Wednesday. We find ourselves a seat and got our food. We had no utensils. I looked everywhere and had to find the server and ask him for utensils. He brought us some and eventually asked what we'd like to drink. When we finished our drinks he never came back to refill our drinks or even take our plates. I was getting very frustrated. Also the place looked very dirty, the soup bowls were just thrown there, the glass near the tables absolutely filthy. Bathrooms were dirty as well. I will not be back. Horrible experience.
