  I want to really recommend Audi Fremont to Audi buyers. Recently, I bought a Q7 from Dante who has excellent talent to make customer care. I had multiple deals from other dealerships but decide to buy the car at here with the decent sales experience. :) Awesome Thank you so much Dante and Lena!

  Be very careful with this dealership... during the sale process for our Audi all-road the finance manager tried to tag on a bunch of extra plans. At the time we agreed to the service plan but he also added the brake/pads/rotors service. After we realized the problem we asked to cancel the brake plan. We were assured no problem. After 5 months we are still pending $2200 refund. The dealership continues to mislead and give poor excuses. There are several more honest Audi dealerships in the Bay Area. I recommend to stay away from Audi Fremont. I am buying my next Audi RS3 from Stevens Creek.
